CNC Mill

One realization I have made with all my other projects is that there is alot of tasks which could be done more efficiently and cheaply with the use of a CNC mill. A few examples of this:

• Etching / Drilling PCB boards
• Mill work around the house (cabinet doors, base boards and other trim work)
• Misc engraving and milling for my wife's craft projects

The first step was of course to look at complete solutions out there. However, most commercial solutions of a reasonable size are in the $5000+ range (OUCH!). This therefore leads to the option of creating my own solution.

So yet another project on my part with the goal of building a cheap, simple yet precise CNC mill for my howm use.
